Who is Remedial Massage for?
Remedial massage is beneficial and great for people that have muscular and chronic conditions such as:
headaches - tension and stress headaches and migraines
chronic or acute neck and shoulder pain
carpal tunnel and other over-use injuries
sciatica and other back pain issues
frozen shoulder
tennis and golfers elbow
osteoarthritis
frozen shoulder
knee issues
relief from chronic pain
poor posture

I use different techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, passive and active stretching, deep tissue and so much more. My treatments are also very nurturing and intuitive.
My role as a massage therapist is not to diagnose illness, but to work with the issues that I am presented with and have assessed. I will also refer you on to other colleagues such as a chiropractor, osteopath or physiotherapist as required, to ensure that you are receiving the best care possible.
